CCL Secure collaborates with Polish Security Printing Works on commemorative 20 złoty banknote

The new 20 złoty is dedicated to the famous Polish astronomer, economist and mathematician, Mikołaj Kopernik, marking the 550th anniversary of Kopernik’s birth and the 480th anniversary of his death.

The banknote’s design is a dynamic celebration of the life and work of Kopernik, featuring the iconic portrait from the Bourgeois Hall in the Old Town Hall in Toruń, the city where he was born on 19 February 1473.

CCL Secure further reduces carbon emissions by 26% at UK site

At CCL Secure, we believe in the importance of increasing the sustainability of our processes as well as our products, to ensure we leave a cleaner and greener planet for future generations.

Since 2018, CCL Secure has achieved a 26% reduction in carbon emissions per tonne of product at our Wigton site in England. With the support of sustainability consultants Verco, we have reduced our manufacturing emissions across all three greenhouse gas scopes, without the inclusion of carbon offsets and market based instruments.
